Ivo took on our hardest, most ambiguous problems and saw each one through to launch. He has embraced AI and has been shipping working software instead of mockups, fast and never at the expense of quality.
He independently refactored our entire platform directly in code: removing two legacy design systems, bringing the interface into a consistent standard, and adapting it for mobile screens. This was substantial work on an existing product, requiring attention to both individual details and the overall user experience.
